What We Do

 

At Free to Eat, I support you in reconnecting with your internal cues, rebuilding trust with your body, and freeing yourself from the food rules diet culture has imposed for far too long.


Through individual and group Intuitive Eating coaching, we work together so you can:


  • Reconnect with your hunger, fullness, and satisfaction cues.
     
  • Break free from the cycle of dieting and food guilt.

 

  • Reduce food noise and constant thoughts about eating.
     
  • Feel more in control — without controlling your food.


  • Build a more compassionate relationship with your body — rooted in respect and acceptance.


 

Intuitive Eating is an approach grounded in listening to and honoring your body’s signals. Instead of following external rules or restrictive plans, you learn to recognize when you’re hungry, when you’re comfortably satisfied, and what foods genuinely bring you enjoyment.


This isn’t about eating without awareness. It’s about eating with presence — without guilt, without fear, and with deeper self-connection.


It’s a process. It takes time.
But it has the power to transform your relationship with food for good.


My work is compassionate, weight-inclusive, and evidence-based. You don’t need to have everything figured out to begin — only a willingness to explore a new way of caring for yourself.
